As the Director of CRM Marketing at PrizePicks, you will take charge of the entire CRM function, driving activation, engagement, and retention through precise, data-driven messaging. This role involves defining the strategy, execution, and progression of CRM across critical owned channels, ensuring that every interaction with players is timely, relevant, and impactful.
You will lead a high-performing CRM team and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Creative, Social, and Revenue Operations to create personalized experiences that influence player behavior and enhance lifetime value. This position emphasizes real-time, moment-based marketing, segmentation, and behavioral impact rather than traditional lifecycle stage management.
