As the subject matter expert on Manhattan Associates (MA) SCALE WMS, you will leverage in-depth knowledge across functional areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), and the specific business activity requirements of our clients.Key Responsibilities:Implement and support Manhattan Scale WMS.Configure the SYSTEM of Manhattan Associates SCALE WMS.Collaborate with client teams during the software design process to understand business requirements, issues, and changes to existing functionalities, including architecture and development.Document requirements and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Translate user requirements into functional and technical designs, as well as application configurations.Thoroughly document all aspects of the system (e.g., User Requirement Specifications (URS), process flows, functional specifications, technical designs, application configurations, test scenarios, support documents, etc.) in accordance with internal procedures.Coordinate problem resolution with multiple external vendors for TMS, packing, and conveyor systems.Facilitate and support functional and user acceptance testing.Troubleshoot operational and technical issues within SCALE and integrations.Enhance operational efficiency through people, processes, and technical improvements.
