This position supports the on-site management team by helping to keep operations running smoothly and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and property owners. The Property Administrator plays a key part in managing procedures, tracking costs, and assisting with both invoice processing and vendor communications. Main Responsibilities Answer management phone calls and help tenants with their requests. Respond to inquiries by providing information or passing along messages as needed. Manage purchase orders: receive, distribute, review, track status in Workspace, and prepare monthly reports. Organize special events, including holiday parties, welcome lunches, book fairs, and community drives. Keep office supplies well-stocked and maintain the property staff directory. Monitor vendor compliance with contract terms and ensure insurance documentation is current. Support the preparation and administration of service agreements.
