A significant aspect of your role will involve problem-solving—analyzing non-conformances, leading root cause investigations, and ensuring effective implementation of solutions to prevent recurrence.We are looking for a candidate who possesses a systemic understanding of manufacturing. You should be adept at working with DFMEA, PFMEA, and other structured problem-solving methodologies.
