Role overview The Capture Manager leads government opportunity pursuits from initial pipeline building through to proposal delivery. Working closely with the founding team and Head of Growth, this position will help establish a structured capture function from the ground up. The role covers both managing current leads and helping define which government and defense opportunities NODA AI will pursue. Early engagement with government stakeholders, shaping requirements before RFPs, and developing strategies to strengthen NODA’s position are all central to this job. Success in this position requires comfort with ambiguity, a strong understanding of government procurement processes before formal solicitations, and a belief in the value of early positioning for contract wins. Key responsibilities Pipeline development and opportunity qualification Build and manage an opportunity pipeline focused on Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and federal customers, ensuring alignment with NODA AI’s autonomous technology. Engage with program offices, contracting officers, and end-users to shape opportunities ahead of RFP releases, influence requirements, and establish NODA’s presence. Make disciplined go/no-go decisions by evaluating opportunities against NODA’s technical strengths, the competitive landscape, and available resources.
