Conduct quarterly business reviews and regular assessments of carrier performance. Monitor service levels, transit times, and cost efficiency on key routes and for merchants. Lead the resolution of major carrier escalations and implement corrective actions. Support Sales and Account Management teams with complex merchant opportunities. Provide guidance on routing, carrier selection, and commercial adjustments based on performance data and economic factors. Establish disciplined internal reporting on carrier performance and risks. Work closely with Operations, Product, and Finance teams on carrier-related matters. Requirements 7–12 years of experience in carrier management, parcel logistics, cross-border logistics, or related fields. Knowledge of major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or similar e-commerce infrastructure companies. Demonstrated negotiation skills. Strong analytical judgment and decision-making abilities. Ability to engage credibly with carriers, commercial teams, and senior executives.
