Hello Patient is on the lookout for a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive who will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition within healthcare organizations across the nation. You will take charge of the complete sales process, from prospecting and discovery to demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals, while effectively engaging with complex stakeholder groups and fostering trusted relationships with both operators and key decision-makers.
In this role, you will be selling Mia, our innovative AI-driven communication platform designed to automate high-volume patient interactions via phone, SMS, and chat. You will assist prospects in understanding the operational efficiencies and financial benefits that AI automation brings, such as reducing administrative workloads, enhancing patient experiences, and identifying revenue opportunities that might otherwise be overlooked.
This position offers significant ownership within a fast-paced, early-stage environment. You will collaborate closely with leadership to refine messaging, ensure a seamless customer journey, and contribute to scaling a repeatable go-to-market strategy as we expand. We are searching for a proactive 'hunter' who excels at generating momentum, maintains discipline in a dynamic setting, and actively participates in shaping our sales approach as we grow.
