Your Responsibilities:
Sales & Leasing:
- Effectively convert leads into leases via phone, online platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
- Conduct impactful tours that identify customer needs, instill urgency, and close deals.
- Proactively follow up and nurture leads to optimize conversion rates.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of pricing, availability, and competitive offerings.
- Meet and exceed community leasing objectives and occupancy targets.
- Implement strategies to boost traffic, enhance lead quality, and maximize revenue.
- Respond to leads promptly with a sales-oriented mindset.
Resident Experience:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and model exemplary behavior as a representative of Peak Made and your community.
- Quickly establish rapport and customize the experience for each prospective resident.
- Support resident satisfaction to encourage renewals and referrals.
Community Operations Support:
- Accurately complete lease documentation and collect deposits.
- Ensure CRM accuracy and maintain prospect data integrity.
- Assist in maintaining the office's presentation standards and model readiness.
- Contribute to the annual turn process as needed.
- Possess extensive knowledge of property offerings and competition.
- Assist with market surveys as required.
- Perform various administrative duties.
- Help with all move-out and move-in activities, including the collection of deposits and related fees.
