You will tackle challenges that arise on-site by identifying obstacles, proposing solutions, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring the implementation of design specifications or creating revised designs as necessary. An EPC Engineer:Leads:Quality control and inspections throughout the construction process.Project scheduling to meet contractual deadlines.Responding to and resolving RFIs regarding construction feasibility or discrepancies from drawings and specifications.Negotiating contracts with third-party vendors, contractors, and consultants.Preparing purchase orders while ensuring accurate pricing and scope evaluations.Reviewing and approving contractor invoices and material procurement.Contributes by:Participating in regular meetings with trades and internal teams to address technical queries.Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop practical construction plans.Evaluating and selecting contractors.Implementing the processes of end users to achieve their design intent in new constructions and renovations.
