Your Role
The Revenue Operations Manager – Channel & International is responsible for implementing operational excellence across partner-driven and geographically dispersed revenue streams. This role guarantees consistency in forecasting, clarity in attribution, and alignment across various regions.
This is a revenue execution role, not merely reporting support or an integrated business partner.
This position reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and can be based in either our Austin or Tempe offices.
What You’ll Do
- Define and implement entry and exit criteria for opportunity stages.
- Establish frameworks for deal inspections categorized by segment and deal size.
- Identify and eliminate:
- Poorly qualified pipeline.
- Stalled or aging deals.
- Inflated close dates and overly optimistic forecasts.
- Create clear standards for deal progression, resetting, or exiting the pipeline.
- Oversee forecasting methodologies and maintain discipline across segments.
- Standardize forecasting categories (Commit, Best Case, Pipeline, etc.).
