Job Overview:
As a
Senior Quality Engineer at Findhelp, you will play a crucial role within our agile application teams, embedding quality throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases by utilizing strategic testing, proactive quality coaching, and effective quality management practices. In addition to addressing immediate release quality, you will contribute to the long-term success of the organization by designing and implementing robust automated regression tests and advanced quality measurement tools. This role extends beyond individual teams; you will advocate for a strong quality culture across the organization, leading initiatives for ongoing education, innovative quality engineering strategies, and a passionate commitment to best practices.
