The Opportunity
At BetterUp, we are redefining partnerships with our clients through profound transformations. As a key player in our Strategic Change Management team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of transformations for our enterprise clients. You will collaborate with them to co-create change management strategies, ensuring that the right stakeholders are equipped with the appropriate messaging at every level of their organization. Your role will involve developing communication strategies that instill belief, inspire action, and maintain momentum. This position centers around leading change through effective communications, crafting compelling narratives that facilitate transformation, rather than merely disseminating information. This is not just a support role; it is a high-impact leadership position.
What You’ll Do
Direct change communications strategy for substantial enterprise initiatives, creating narratives and messaging frameworks that drive engagement and alignment.
Convert complex business and talent issues into engaging change narratives and provide guidance on maintaining momentum throughout the transformation process.
