Electrical Technician Reporting to: Electrical EngineerKey Responsibilities: The Electrical Technician will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, apparatuses, and control components related to various mechanical devices including gas turbine engines, steam turbines, diesel engines, generators, and more. This role involves performing duties such as:Diagnosing electrical malfunctions in devices like transformers, motors, relays, and switches, and collaborating with the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor to implement corrective actions.Installing wiring and conduit for new machinery and terminating wiring connections.Replacing faulty wiring and electrical components, including relays, switches, and motors.Aligning, adjusting, and calibrating devices to meet specified standards.Maintaining detailed records of repairs, calibrations, and tests.

Mechanical TechnicianReporting to: Mechanical EngineerAs a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various mechanical devices including gas turbine engines, steam turbines, diesel engines, generators, heat recovery steam generators, gas compressors, air compressors, motors, pumps, and valves. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring reliable power supply to utilities through the following key responsibilities:Conduct visual inspections and utilize vibration analysis tools at regular intervals to identify malfunctions, and determine the need for repairs, adjustments, or lubrication.Execute machine work, pipe fitting, plumbing, and PVC welding, along with the repair of turbines, boilers, compressors, and auxiliary devices.Assemble, overhaul, and reassemble operational components of turbines, boilers, pumps, fans, and water treatment facilities.Employ hand and mechanical tools for the repair and upkeep of turbine, boiler, compressor parts, valves, and other plant machinery.Perform cleaning, lubrication, and painting of plant equipment and facilities.Engage in general carpentry and welding tasks pertaining to the alteration, repair, and maintenance of plant machinery and buildings.Operate overhead cranes, light vehicles, and forklifts safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation and oversight of compliance programs in accordance with Central Bank of Iraq regulations and applicable laws.Evaluate internal policies and procedures to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and adhere to international standards such as AML/CFT.Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risks within banking operations.Monitor transactions and activities to identify potential violations or suspicious activities.Generate compliance reports and aid in regulatory submissions to authorities.Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance issues and ethical practices.Assist with internal audits, regulatory examinations, and follow up on findings.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and oversee trade finance instruments, including Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, and Documentary Collections.Thoroughly examine and validate trade documents to ensure they meet international standards and compliance (e.g., UCP 600).Collaborate with clients, correspondent banks, and various internal departments to ensure efficient transaction processing.Continuously monitor transactions for adherence to Central Bank of Iraq regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions policies.Identify potential risks in trade finance operations and implement mitigation strategies.Manage import and export financing requests, providing tailored solutions as needed.Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for all trade finance transactions.Offer expert support and guidance to clients regarding trade finance products and procedures.

This position involves conducting water analyses and monitoring in-house effluent and emissions in compliance with regulatory standards. Instrumentation and Control (I&C) EngineerReporting to: Lead Control EngineerResponsibilities:This role involves overseeing, coordinating, and maintaining comprehensive records of all maintenance activities on the plant site.Duties:Manage all maintenance documentation as specified in the Master List of Controlled Documents.Assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to technicians under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager.Develop, supervise, and coordinate maintenance activities across the plant.Plan and evaluate the completion of work on plant equipment.Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and draft correspondence related to maintenance tasks.Gain extensive knowledge of the plant's processes and mechanical, instrumentation & control, and electrical systems to troubleshoot issues effectively and lead the maintenance team in resolutions.Provide training to subordinates on preventive and corrective maintenance practices.Communicate effectively both verbally and through written documentation.Execute work orders via CMMS and collaborate with C&I Technicians for job completion and technical inquiries.
