The Youth Care Professional is responsible for meeting housekeeping standards and reporting any items needing replacement or repair. Support youth with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting as necessary. Follow Everstand’s guidelines for conducting searches as per program standards. Adhere to resident supervision protocols, including providing enhanced oversight and monitoring as required by clinical or program specifications.
