Position Overview
We are actively seeking a Senior Account Executive, also referred to as Area Director, to launch, expand, and oversee a Stroll publication within your local market. In this role, you will function as a local publisher, driving revenue, establishing partnerships with business owners, and curating a publication that embodies the spirit of your community.
During your initial months, your focus will be on setting up your territory and building a solid client base. From there, you will grow an asset that you truly own.
This position is hybrid, combining in-person community engagement with remote work from your home office.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to forge long-term advertising partnerships.
- Build meaningful connections within your community using a tested engagement model.
- Link local businesses with their ideal customers via your publication.
- Engage with homeowners to gather authentic, community-centric content.
- Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations effectively.
- Collaborate with N2’s national team for design, production, training, and continuous support.
- Serve as the face of Stroll in your market, leading the growth of your publication.
