Job Description: As a Production Supervisor specializing in Offset, Digital, and Flexographic printing, you will play a critical role in managing our printing operations in Bangalore.Job Overview: You will oversee the production processes, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality output while managing a skilled team.The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical understanding of printing technologies, equipment maintenance, and production workflows. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high-quality print production standards, optimizing resource usage, and ensuring timely project delivery.This position requires strong leadership skills to manage the print team, enhance production processes, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Production Management: Supervise all aspects of offset, digital, and flexographic printing processes to meet quality standards. Schedule and manage workflows to meet deadlines efficiently.Team Leadership: Train and manage a team of press operators and print technicians. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork.Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain print consistency. Address production issues promptly and conduct inspections to ensure customer specifications are met.Process Improvement: Analyze production metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of printing materials and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct regular safety training to maintain a secure work environment.
