Role:
We are on the lookout for a Senior Staff Software Development Engineer to join our Shared Platform Services team. This hybrid role is based in Bangalore and reports to the Director of Engineering.
Your work will involve the Zscaler Client Connector team, focusing on protecting corporate devices by securely and privately routing traffic to Zscaler’s global network, where advanced web filtering and Zero Trust policies are implemented.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Primarily utilize C++ and platform-native languages and APIs to design and develop innovative solutions for secure internet and enterprise connectivity, as well as endpoint security clients across various desktop and mobile platforms, including Windows.
- Enhance code quality, ensuring a solid, testable, and well-documented foundation.
- Create and execute development test routines for your modules.
