About the Role
As a Contract Management Analyst at Agoda, you will be instrumental in supporting our contract operations across various departments. You’ll collaborate closely with procurement, supply chain, and finance teams to manage the complete contract lifecycle, from creation and review through compliance and renewal. Our contracts are meticulously organized and monitored via a centralized contract management system, ensuring robust governance and control.
This role presents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by streamlining and centralizing contract processes, particularly within procurement, where enhancements can be made. You will be tasked with identifying and organizing contracts that may currently exist outside our central system, ensuring all contracts are coordinated, traceable, and compliant. We seek a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with systems and can effectively connect various teams to ensure our contract management processes operate smoothly.
*This is a 10-month contract position, with the possibility of renewal.
