Role overview
The Managing Principal (Technology) is based in Bangkok and leads DevOps-enabled delivery for clients and internal teams. The focus is on driving operational change and modernizing delivery approaches within client organizations.
- Work directly with CIOs to strengthen and update delivery teams.
- Review and enhance ongoing delivery programs.
- Oversee complex client projects from start to finish.
- Guide recruitment, training, and team communication to build effective delivery groups.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and consultants to support sales and highlight Capco’s technical strengths.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage recruitment processes to attract top technology talent.
- Lead multiple development and scrum teams, ensuring work aligns with technical roadmaps and recognized practices.
- Direct technical design, architecture, and solution development in partnership with team leads.
- Work with stakeholders to identify risks, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
- Assess Capco’s technology capabilities and skill gaps, then create plans to keep ahead of technology trends.
- Track technology developments to find new opportunities and support ongoing learning.
- Foster a collaborative technology culture that encourages professional growth and innovation.
