Job Summary
As a Senior Executive in Sales for Cargo, you will be pivotal in driving air freight sales by expanding customer revenue, managing key accounts, and supporting operational excellence through documentation and team training.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customer relationships and maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Provide air freight services and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Assist the Sales Manager in training new team members and customers on booking procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers to enhance revenue streams.
- Oversee the shipment of CN38 and ensure timely reporting during billing cycles.
- Educate the team on proper packaging standards and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR).
- Verify the Cargo Sales Report to facilitate accurate freight charge collections from customers.
- Act as the main coordinator with the customer success and MSDS teams.
- Collaborate to provide solutions for export document issues and CTO communications.
- Initiate and design load plans to inform the sales team effectively.
- Support management and the Sales Manager in stakeholder coordination.
