About the Role: At CDM, our teams collaborate closely across various departments and with our clients. You will engage with your fellow client services team members, along with other agency departments such as creative, medical, digital, and production, as well as external vendors to orchestrate campaign delivery across multiple channels. Interaction with a multicultural team—comprising diverse nationalities—is a significant aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily administration and management of international projects Develop budgets and perform basic financial management for projects Act as a liaison with client contacts and agency partners as required Exhibit excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills to deliver multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, conveying ideas with clarity and confidence Remain an active and enthusiastic participant in all facets of agency life Skills & Experience: A Bachelor's degree with a focus on marketing, advertising, science, or healthcare Previous experience in a creative advertising agency or healthcare communications agency is advantageous Experience in implementing digital projects is preferred Fluency in English (native speaker or very high level for both written and spoken communication); proficiency in Spanish is a plus Proven strong work ethic and proactive engagement in educational or professional settings
