Based in Barcelona, the Inside Sales Representative role centers on reaching out to restaurants and introducing them to TheFork’s products and services.
What you will do
- Initiate contact with restaurant owners and managers by phone, using cold calls and follow-ups to build relationships.
- Present and sell TheFork’s offerings, such as promotions, advanced software tools, reservation widgets, and marketing training solutions.
- Explain the features and benefits of TheFork Manager and the broader network to restaurant managers.
- Guide potential clients from first contact through to closing, ensuring their restaurant is published on TheFork and partner sites.
