This position primarily involves phone-based interactions, where you will connect with clients through outbound calls.Key Responsibilities: Meet quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas and maintain a consistent daily and weekly activity level. Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, identifying high-potential prospects. Educate customers on our offerings and their benefits. Conduct daily outbound calls and emails (including cold calls), reaching out to C-level decision-makers, building rapport quickly, and assessing their needs. Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, link business needs with available Cloud solutions (solution-selling), and build value for next steps in the sales process. Maintain accurate records of prospects and customer interactions in Salesforce.com (CRM), managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities effectively. Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators, including productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline management. Document customer notes and deal details thoroughly throughout customer interactions, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information for all stakeholders.
