Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple localization and translation projects concurrently.
Manage all phases of project execution, from initiation through to delivery, ensuring exceptional implementation.
Work closely with Sales and Client Services teams to clarify project scope, timelines, and requirements.
Engage with our global vendor network (translators, editors, and specialists) to negotiate rates, allocate tasks, and confirm deadlines, while monitoring project progress.
Track project status and promptly identify and resolve any issues in partnership with stakeholders.
Manage project budgets including cost tracking, gross margins, and financial reporting.
Keep accurate and well-organized project documentation.
Conduct quality control checks at various stages (e.g., proofreading, final reviews of deliverables).
Ensure adherence to internal processes and quality standards.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
