As a Functional Tester at nsecure, you will ensure that our applications are technically sound, functionally meet their intended purposes, and align with customer expectations. Your efforts contribute to the development of stable, future-proof software. You will collaborate within a dedicated, multidisciplinary team consisting of developers and consultants who collectively share responsibility for the quality of our YIM platform.In this role, you will conduct testing independently and systematically, utilizing both manual and automated methods. You will analyze requirements, define testing objectives, and create comprehensive test plans. When necessary, you will implement automated regression tests using tools like Playwright. Furthermore, you will manage the OTAP testing environments and execute tests according to the agreed-upon schedules. Clear reporting on results and proactively advising the team on software and process improvements will be essential.Your Role as a TesterGiven the critical nature of security and compliance, your work will be diverse: from strategically designing test plans to hands-on testing of new functionalities. In addition to testing, you will analyze incidents, propose improvements, and provide second-line support. Together with a dynamic team, you will continuously optimize YIM to maintain our position as a market leader.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for testing our software system.You will share responsibility for testing a SaaS solution and thoroughly analyze new software versions.You will validate functional designs and translate them into concrete test plans and (automated) test scripts.You will establish test automation, maintain scripts, and ensure smooth execution for optimal software quality.You will detail findings and draft proactive improvement proposals.You will collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and the business to continuously optimize testing processes.

As the IT infrastructure administrator for our clients, you will ensure that the environments remain stable, secure, and up-to-date. Our security applications are utilized 24/7 in complex, large-scale settings, making it essential for the underlying infrastructure, such as servers and connections, to function flawlessly.Your Role as a Technical AdministratorYou will be part of a dedicated team of administrators and architects. As the administrator, you will oversee the IT infrastructure, which includes a combination of private cloud, public cloud, and on-premise solutions used for our security applications across various major clients with stringent cyber security and privacy demands. Your responsibility is to ensure the environment is secure and operational continuity is maintained.You will serve as the primary point of contact for queries and suggestions regarding technical application management. You will monitor, manage, and maintain our entire ICT infrastructure, implement changes, and troubleshoot incidents and outages, collaborating with our IT partners as necessary. Your proactive involvement will contribute to implementing improvements and introducing new services. You will closely collaborate with the project team to ensure that management and monitoring of the environment are effectively controlled.Your Responsibilities Include:Conducting technical management for our Cloud and SaaS services (> 150 VMs);Requesting and configuring expansions/additions to our IT infrastructure;Managing incidents, problems, and changes;Optimizing management through automation and simplification;Proactively contributing to maintaining the security and reliability of our environments;Configuring our monitoring tools;Consulting and collaborating with our key IT partners;Keeping our documentation up to date;Developing improvements and adding new services.
