Nsecure is hiring a Strategic Business Developer based in Barendrecht, Zuid-Holland. This role serves as the main point of contact for key clients, leading new projects and driving the growth of the service portfolio. The position focuses on complex business development initiatives, often in partnership with multinational organizations and a variety of professional stakeholders from different sectors.
The primary goal is to reinforce Nsecure’s reputation in access and identity management, ensuring clients benefit from reliability, safety, and continuous operations.
What you will do
- Manage relationships with major clients, understanding their needs and clearly communicating Nsecure’s strategic direction.
- Lead efforts to attract new clients and expand services within current accounts.
- Deliver tailored solutions that address specific client requirements, going beyond standard products.
- Oversee the full sales process, making timely adjustments to keep both client and internal operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate with a dedicated client team, including project leaders, technicians, service level managers, and the sales support center, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Contribute to the ongoing professionalization of client processes and procedures.
Key focus areas
- Finance: Build and maintain relationships with leading banks and insurance companies in the Netherlands and potentially internationally. Understand their security needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Healthcare: Work with large hospitals and care institutions in the Netherlands, identifying sector-specific challenges and shaping Nsecure’s services to meet those needs.
Success in this position depends on quickly grasping the unique demands of each sector and applying technology to help clients achieve their objectives.
