About the job
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining an inventory of supplies for new site build-outs and ongoing projects, including generating Purchase Order Requests and ensuring the verification of received supplies.
- Monitor financial performance by tracking expenses in relation to the budget, analyzing cash flow forecasts, and reporting any variances to the supervisor on time.
- Provide a comprehensive status report on expenses by gathering data, interpreting it, and summarizing details regarding created Purchase Orders, billed amounts, and the completion of actual work.
- Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping records.
- Ensure the submission of required documentation to government agencies such as the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
