In this fulfilling position, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention strategies under the expert supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll employ proven, evidence-based techniques to enhance their communication, social skills, and daily living abilities, while also addressing and minimizing challenging behaviors.
We're seeking candidates with a deep passion for supporting children with autism in achieving their full potential. Essential qualities include patience, compassion, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and equipped to assist each child, regardless of your prior experience.
Physical stamina is vital as you will engage actively with clients, standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and in some cases, lifting and carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
