Role Overview: Financial Services Administrator / Client Services Executive
This position sits within the Belfast Servicing Team. It suits an experienced Financial Services Administrator ready to contribute to a forward-looking wealth management business. The role involves supporting both clients and internal teams, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver administration and client service support to the POD and Wealth Managers.
- Organize client annual reviews, including preparation of meeting packs, valuations, and related documentation.
- Review compliance documentation for quality, and notify advisers about issues needing attention or updates.
- Work closely with the team to ensure agreed actions from client meetings are completed promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with Dublin-based back-office teams and third-party providers to process client data amendments, payments, and income requests efficiently.
- Communicate directly with clients to verify requests.
- Handle requests from legal professionals, maintaining strict compliance during the administration of deceased estates.
- Manage and track Letters of Authority within set deadlines to support smooth client transitions to Davy.
- Keep client records accurate and up to date across Davy systems and other provider platforms.
- Proactively look for ways to improve quality, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Follow all regulatory requirements and compliance processes set by the firm.
