The Role
We are in search of a Senior Key Account Manager to spearhead relationships with PropertyPal’s most essential clients, focusing primarily on large estate agency groups, significant new home developments, and vital industry partners.
This position centers on cultivating long-term strategic partnerships while collaborating closely with senior decision-makers to help clients optimize the benefits of PropertyPal’s platform within their broader marketing and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee relationships with PropertyPal’s largest and most strategic accounts, including prominent estate agency groups and new home developments.
- Forge strong partnerships with senior decision-makers and marketing leaders.
- Drive revenue growth via product adoption, strategic campaigns, and tailored commercial solutions.
- Provide performance insights and conduct strategic account reviews.
- Identify and cultivate new commercial opportunities across key agency groups and major new home developments.
- Offer customer insights to inform product development and strategy.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
- Assist Regional Account Managers in managing relationships with larger agency groups and multi-branch organizations.
