Position: Project Manager
Job Type: Full Time (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office)
Experience: 12 - 15 Years
Role Overview: We seek a highly skilled and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee complex, large-scale projects within our Grid Integration Business Unit. You'll work closely with Architects and Business Analysts to ensure projects are thoroughly scoped, meticulously tracked, and delivered on schedule. Your extensive experience in managing significant digital and engineering transformation projects in the energy sector, along with a profound understanding of grid technologies and stakeholder management, will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to commissioning and handover.
• Serve as the primary liaison with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Create and maintain detailed project execution plans, schedules, and cost baselines.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Oversee contract and claims management as well as change orders.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Break down requirements into actionable tasks and manage sprint boards.
• Document project decisions, updates, and action items.
• Identify blockers early and escalate as needed.
• Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies.
