Project planning and coordination
- Identify research and project requirements for both internal and external embedded systems initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, scope, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project execution with faculty and other stakeholders.
- Align project priorities with institutional needs.
Technical and operational execution
- Oversee technical implementation of embedded system projects, covering both hardware and software aspects.
- Ensure all projects are operationally ready, including equipment, materials, and support systems.
- Manage procurement for necessary tools and materials.
- Conduct troubleshooting and quality control to maintain project standards.
- Ensure timely and specification-compliant project delivery.
Development and collaboration
- Identify opportunities for external collaboration related to embedded systems.
- Initiate and support projects with potential for revenue generation.
- Contribute to the creation of embedded system-based products and solutions.
- Support the application of research outcomes in practical projects.
Teaching and training
- Serve as a technical instructor in embedded systems.
- Develop and deliver both theoretical and practical training materials.
- Provide training to faculty, students, and interns.
- Support project-based learning initiatives.
Mentoring and supervision
- Manage and direct interns during project phases.
- Provide technical supervision and guidance to the team.
- Delegate tasks and monitor team effectiveness.

Monitoring and reporting
