Your Role
As the inaugural Account Executive for Germany, you will engage law firms and legal departments in a consultative, trust-based enterprise sales approach. This is not a typical transactional SaaS role.
You will collaborate with partners, senior associates, and legal decision-makers who are naturally skeptical and demand precision, credibility, and depth. Your expertise will guide them from initial discussions through pilot programs to long-term contracts.
A robust legal network and a profound understanding of the legal landscape are essential for success in this position.
Your Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial conversation to securing long-term licensing agreements.
Deliver high-quality, customized demonstrations that resonate with the needs of legal professionals.
Navigate complex purchasing processes involving partners, associates, and IT departments.
Address concerns related to AI trust, quality, and legal risk with confidence and nuance.
Convert pilot programs into sustained, paid client relationships.
Ensure disciplined tracking of deals, follow-ups, and clear next steps.
Provide structured customer insights to product and leadership teams.
Success Metrics
As a thought leader in Legal Tech, you will become the trusted contact for decision-makers at larger law firms in Germany, ensuring they become long-term users of Omnilex.
