This position requires C2 level English proficiency and is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Berlin.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including solar and heat pump installers (SMBs).
Conduct product demonstrations, close sales, and actively engage in various tasks as needed.
Monitor customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to refine our strategies.
What Makes You an Ideal Candidate
Extensive experience in SMB software sales (3+ years), particularly in fast-paced environments such as startups or scale-ups.
Familiarity with UK sales and go-to-market strategies.
A genuine enthusiasm for innovation in renewable energy solutions.

Demonstrated proactivity, flexibility, and resilience in rapidly changing contexts.
