Our Core Mission:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in propelling our revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prime prospects for our B2B solutions. You will serve as the initial contact point for potential clients within the DACH region, with an emphasis on the German market. Through meticulous research and targeted outreach, you will unveil new business opportunities, ensuring that we connect with organizations that can truly benefit from Hack The Box’s offerings.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere outreach; you will help shape a robust and predictable sales pipeline. You will engage in high-quality discovery calls, assess the needs of prospects, and collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute successful campaigns. By handing off well-qualified opportunities to our Account Executives, you will directly enhance the efficiency and success of our entire sales organization.
