Your Responsibilities
Client Onboarding: You will guide new clients step-by-step through our systems, ensuring adherence to all processes.
Approvals & Management: You will verify that all prerequisites are met and authorize structured procedures.
Client Consultation: You will respond to inquiries clearly, professionally, and solution-oriented via phone and written communication.
Support & Care: You will be a reliable point of contact for our clients, ensuring secure communication.
Live Calls: You will facilitate group calls with well-defined content, ensuring smooth processes and thorough preparation.
