As a Team Lead, you'll be hands-on, directly engaging with your team, coaching on calls, assisting in closing deals, and exemplifying the highest standards of sales excellence in this market. Your Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Inbound Sales Representatives through regular one-on-ones, call shadowing, and performance evaluations to ensure they meet and exceed targets.
- Be actively involved in the sales process by supporting live calls, assisting in closing deals, and demonstrating the behaviors you wish to cultivate within your team.
- Analyze team performance data and translate it into actionable insights that drive week-on-week improvement.
- Foster a team culture where feedback is welcomed, continuous learning is encouraged, and achievements are celebrated.
- Collaborate closely with other sales leaders to enhance processes, share effective strategies, and contribute to the overarching sales strategy for the DACH region.
