Your persuasive sales skills will help you win over doctors and medical facilities to Europe’s leading e-health platform, actively shaping the future of healthcare. (Full-time position) Your Responsibilities – Shape the Future with Us Independent Sales Management: You will oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to successful closure. Revenue & Growth: You are responsible for maintaining and growing revenue (MRR) in your region. Customer-Centric Consultation: Analyze the needs of doctors, understand their challenges, and inspire them with our digital solutions. Data-Driven Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor your performance using Salesforce and leverage data to refine your sales strategy. Your Qualifications – The Key to Success at Doctolib Sales Experience: You have at least 2-3 years of sales experience (preferably in field sales and B2B). Acquisition Skills: You excel in acquisition and pitching. Energy & Persuasiveness: High energy levels, a passionate sales approach, and a confident, professional demeanor.
