Langdock is based in Berlin and backed by Y Combinator. Role Overview: Enterprise Account Manager (m/f/d) The Enterprise Account Manager guides organizations as they adapt to AI-driven change. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and supporting their goals with Langdock’s solutions. Managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, the Account Manager works on adoption, expansion, and retention. The position involves collaborating with Solutions Engineering to deliver results and with Product teams to bring customer feedback into future development. Using Langdock’s own tools, the Account Manager can automate workflows and increase efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive retention, adoption, and growth. Create detailed account plans for top customers, including stakeholder mapping, health assessments, growth opportunities, and risk management. Lead strategic customer conversations such as quarterly business reviews, executive meetings, and proactive check-ins, using data to guide outcomes. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand usage across user groups, use cases, and deployment scopes. Navigate complex enterprise environments by identifying champions, addressing obstacles, and building relationships across multiple stakeholders.
