PERGOLUX seeks a Marketing Lead to drive growth in the DACH region from the Berlin office. Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement localized marketing strategies that align with national objectives to increase traffic, conversions, and growth.
- Oversee and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and YouTube to improve ROI and ROAS.
- Manage content creation and track its performance on the website, email, and social media channels.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other teams to support product launches, promotions, and lead generation efforts.
- Analyze campaign data, report on KPIs, and adjust tactics to enhance marketing efficiency and business impact.
Requirements
- Direct experience running performance marketing campaigns on Google and Meta, with a focus on ROI and ROAS.
- Proven background leading marketing projects in a high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret conversion metrics and optimize across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Klaviyo or HubSpot, and CRM or email marketing platforms.
- Strategic mindset, proactive attitude, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
