PERGOLUX seeks a Danish-speaking Sales Manager to join the SCAN Team in Berlin. This position centers on building strong customer relationships and growing revenue in Denmark, a key Nordic market for the company. The Sales Manager oversees the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, and serves as a trusted advisor to customers interested in premium outdoor living solutions. PERGOLUX blends Scandinavian design with ambition and innovation in an international, collaborative setting.
What you will do
- Reach out proactively to qualified leads through outbound calls and follow-ups to boost conversion rates.
- Offer expert sales consultations by understanding customer needs and recommending the best PERGOLUX products.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales to consistently meet or surpass targets.
- Keep the sales pipeline organized in HubSpot, maintaining accurate data for reliable forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with the SCAN sales team and Country Manager to strengthen PERGOLUX’s long-term presence in the market.
Requirements
- Track record of success in sales, or strong motivation and potential to step into a first sales role.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in Danish and strong English skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills, resilience, and genuine enthusiasm for connecting with customers by phone.
- Interest in premium products, outdoor living, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
