As a member of the Core Team, you will engage with critical systems encompassing external bank interactions, payment orchestration, and the foundational infrastructure for Identity and Access Management (IAM). Moreover, the team manages risk-oriented services, particularly in credit risk management and fraud detection.

Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Backend Software Engineer within the Core Team, you will be pivotal in crafting the infrastructure of our payment platform. Your role will encompass ensuring the technical excellence and delivery of intricate systems that influence various services and product teams throughout the organization.
Your daily tasks will involve:
Engine core platform domains: You will assist in the design and advancement of our most sensitive systems, such as the Transaction Ledger, IAM, and Payment Orchestration. You'll ensure these systems remain high-performing, scalable, and functional for seamless integration by our product teams.
Scale risk & financial engines: You will enhance and implement services dedicated to bank integrations, credit risk, and real-time fraud detection, establishing robust logic to protect our source of truth and secure Satispay’s financial ecosystem.
Cross-team technical leadership: You will spearhead technical analyses for projects that involve multiple services, leading discussions and producing comprehensive documentation (Smart Papers) to guarantee that your designs are robust and clearly understood by stakeholders and other engineering teams.
