As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will serve as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Your role will be crucial in guiding Moss to attract and recruit top talent for our commercial and technology teams across various markets, encompassing both technical and non-technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing, Screening & Managing Candidates: Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates. Oversee the complete candidate journey from initial contact through interview coordination to offer management, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Business Partnering: Cultivate a thorough understanding of the businesses you support to enhance their hiring decisions.
Vacancy Briefings: Gather requirements for new vacancies and ask insightful questions to align all parties on the ideal candidate profile.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to minimize friction points in the interview process and candidate journey.
About You:
To excel in this role, we believe you should possess the following experience and qualifications:
Proven experience in recruiting high-quality talent, utilizing effective sourcing techniques to engage candidates.
Fluency in English (C1 minimum); proficiency in German is an advantage.
