Become a High-Velocity Account Executive, where you will assist small and growing companies in harnessing the potential of their workforce.
Your Role:
You will manage the complete sales cycle for our high-velocity segment (companies with 10–49 employees), which represents a rapidly growing customer base eager for our solutions. Your goal is to swiftly and thoughtfully identify and convert the right opportunities into satisfied customers.
Oversee the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal: qualifying leads, conducting engaging demos, negotiating, and finalizing contracts, all within an approximate 30-day sales cycle.
Efficiently manage a high volume of opportunities through a semi-automated, structured process.
Cultivate trusted relationships with various stakeholders and customize your approach to meet each customer’s specific needs.
