Jouw empathie en geduld zijn cruciaal om in te spelen op hun specifieke behoeften en hen te ondersteunen in hun dagelijks leven.Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?In deze functie bied je ondersteuning op basis van het individuele ondersteuningsplan van de cliënten. Je stimuleert hun persoonlijke groei en zelfstandigheid door nauw samen te werken met collega’s, verschillende disciplines en familieleden. Je speelt een signalerende rol en helpt bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van ondersteuningsplannen. Verder zorg je voor een warme en veilige omgeving waarin cliënten zich thuis voelen. Dit omvat het begeleiden bij dagelijkse activiteiten en praktische zaken. Elke cliënt heeft zijn eigen zorgvraag, wat vraagt om een persoonlijke aanpak en creativiteit. Je werkt met (jong)volwassenen met diverse (lichamelijke of verstandelijke) beperkingen en/of NAH, waarbij het belangrijk is om goed te observeren en proactief te zijn om de juiste zorg te bieden.LocatieDe Grebbestraat is een woonlocatie in het Kuenenkwartier in Beverwijk, speciaal ontworpen voor (jong)volwassenen met lichamelijke beperkingen, NAH en/of een verstandelijke beperking. Bewoners wonen zelfstandig in hun eigen appartement, met de mogelijkheid voor 24-uurs begeleiding indien nodig. Er is aandacht voor zowel zelfstandigheid als het bieden van passende zorg en ondersteuning. Het complex bestaat uit 35 woningen, elk met een balkon of terras, en beschikt over een gemeenschappelijke tuin. De drie verdiepingen bieden gezamenlijke ruimtes voor activiteiten en maaltijden. Het team op Grebbestraat is betrokken en werkt samen om de bewoners de zorg en begeleiding te bieden die ze nodig hebben.

As a support worker, you will collaborate with your colleagues in a team dedicated to personalized care, where the client is always at the center.Your RoleAs a support worker at Odion, you are given the freedom to utilize your creativity and empathy to provide care that significantly impacts the lives of clients. You will work with a diverse group of (young) adults who have varying care needs based on their disabilities or ABI. What unites them is their need for a caregiver who not only performs tasks but genuinely understands them. You possess the empathy and patience to respond to their unique needs and improve their daily lives.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will provide support based on the individual care plans of the clients. You will encourage their personal development and independence, working closely with colleagues, various disciplines, and families to deliver the best possible care. You will take on a signaling role, assisting in the drafting and implementation of support plans. Additionally, you will create a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel safe and at home. You will support them with daily activities and guide them in practical matters. Each client has their own care request, requiring a personalized approach and a good dose of creativity. You will work with (young) adults who have various physical or intellectual limitations and/or ABI. Their care needs may not always be immediately visible, necessitating keen observation, patience, and a proactive approach to provide the right care.LocationThe Grebbestraat is a residential location in the Kuenenkwartier district of Beverwijk, specifically designed for (young) adults with physical disabilities, ABI (acquired brain injury), and/or intellectual disabilities. Residents live independently in their own apartments but can always count on 24-hour support if needed. Focus is placed on both independence and providing appropriate care and support.The apartment complex consists of 35 units, each with a balcony or terrace, and features a communal garden. The three floors provide shared spaces for activities and meals. The team at Grebbestraat is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for the residents, ensuring they receive the care they deserve.
