We leverage best practices, innovative solutions, and cutting-edge digital technologies to enhance our service delivery.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:As a Field Operations Executive, you will oversee a designated service area and lead a team of at least 15 technicians. Your primary goal will be to achieve the targeted Service Operations Score (SOS) while ensuring productivity, quality, and timely execution of services as per the established schedule. You will be responsible for keeping your team’s skills current according to the Technical Training Structure of RPCI.Reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager, you will collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve operational success.SHE (Safety, Health & Environment)Your role demands a strong commitment to safety. You will need to be familiar with company SHE policies and rules, ensuring adherence at all times. This includes implementing and monitoring Safety Risk Assessments (SRAs), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and SHE-related reporting. You will act as the safety coordinator for your assigned service areas and take responsibility for the assigned technicians.GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Take ownership of your service area, managing all operational actions effectively.• Supervise technicians to ensure quality service delivery in line with company SOPs.• Ensure timely and competent execution of treatments by technicians, providing on-the-job training and support.• Conduct two Technicians Performance Assessments (TPAs) per technician annually, along with two development programs to enhance service quality.• Communicate special instructions to technicians for executing jobs as per Service Docket, liaising with sales colleagues as needed.• Perform pest management audits at customer sites according to the agreed schedule.• Address and close any customer audit non-conformities, implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) as required.• Ensure compliance with SOPs and the closure of audit non-conformities through diligent on-site documentation.
