This full-time, permanent Administrative Specialist (m/w/d) position is based at mone's Bielefeld (Hillegossen) office in Nordrhein-Westfalen. The role centers on supporting the daily operations of a marketing agency that serves over 250 clients, including hospitals and care facilities.
What you will do
- Process orders, create invoices, monitor incoming payments, and record receipts.
- Support the HR team by managing vacation requests and maintaining employee documentation.
- Assist management with operational and organizational tasks as needed.
- Communicate with clients by phone and in writing about organizational matters.
