Your Responsibilities:
- Perform traditional administrative and organizational tasks such as processing orders, creating invoices, monitoring payments, and managing documents.
- Manage vacation requests and employee files while providing support in the HR area.
- Assist the management team with various administrative duties.
- Engage with customers via phone and email concerning organizational matters.
Training: During your onboarding phase, we will equip you with all the necessary skills to excel in your new role.
Salary: €3,200 per month (gross). Opportunities for advancement and professional development are available.
