Benefits 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays Flexible working hours (core hours 10 AM to 4 PM) Early finish at 4 PM every Friday Hybrid working with work-from-home options Free office parking Key responsibilities Keep samples, sign-offs, and purchase orders on track throughout the season Notify the buyer or merchandiser quickly about any risks to timelines Assist with trip preparations and support the Buyer during virtual trip meetings by taking notes and building negotiation and product knowledge Maintain accurate purchase order data to minimize errors and supplier queries Oversee the post-sign-off process to ensure purchase orders are issued promptly and delivery dates are confirmed with suppliers Create and share host PLU sheets accurately and on time Update host codes in DCK systems and coordinate barcode ordering with third parties Monitor BA ET and act as the first point of escalation for any issues Organize team ET meetings and ensure the right team members are involved Set up product displays on stands for meetings and reviews, following brand guidelines Update WFX commitments and work with the merchandiser and buyer on date agreements Gather samples for the supply base for sourcing and costing, as directed by the buyer
