Key Responsibilities:
- Understand requirements prior to delegating work assignments
- Establish strong relationships with drivers
- Coordinate breakdown responses efficiently
- Manage driver schedules by allocating additional tasks as needed
- Keep all departments informed of issues or delays to manage customer expectations and maintain service levels.
- Ensure high-quality administration by keeping all departments updated
- Recognize the individual skills and capabilities of drivers
- Provide out-of-hours emergency support on a scheduled basis, typically every 54 days
- Conduct meetings with drivers to foster rapport and address any concerns
- Address any driver grievances effectively
- Ensure all system work is planned and allocated properly
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
This position is permanent, and interviews will be conducted over the next few weeks. Candidates must have prior transport experience to qualify for this role.
